On a souvent l’impression que les étrangers parlent trop vite. Les chinois ne font pas exception.
We often think foreigners speak to fast. Chinese are no execption.
我们常常觉得外国人说得太快。对于听中文自然也不例外。

En fait lorsqu’on ne maîtrise pas bien une langue étrangère on a besoin de beaucoup de temps pour identifier chaque élément du discours. Ce n’est pas une question de vitesse d’élocution mais une question de débit et de pauses dans le discours.
In fact when we do not master a foreign language we need a lot of time to identify each part of the speech. This is not a matter of speed but of delivery and pauses.
如果你不熟悉掌握一门外语，你需要很长时间去领会这些语句。不单单是语速的问题，还有语音和节奏。

En comparaison avec 2008 et 2009, la Chine n’a pas connu en 2010 de grandes catastrophes naturelles comme le tremblement de terre de WenChuan ni de conflit ethniques comme ceux du Tibet et des Oigours. Mais si on considère les relations de la Chine avec le monde extérieur, ce n’est pas simple. 2010 apparaît comme la continuation des Jeux olympiques de Beijing 2008 et du sommet de Copenhague de 2009, la relation entre la Chine et le reste du monde ressemble plus à une confrontation qu’à une compétition.

In comparison with 2008 and 2009, China has not known in 2010 major natural disasters like the WenChuan’s earthquake or ethnic conflict as those of Tibet and Oigours. But if we consider China's relations with the outside world, it is not so simple. 2010 seems like a continuation of the Beijing 2008 Olympic Games and the 2009 Copenhagen summit, the relationship between China and the rest of the world looks more like a confrontation than a competition.

J’ai fait une autre version ou le texte n’est pas ralenti mais où j’ai ajouté de nombreuses pauses, l’élocution est moins naturelle mais beaucoup plus compréhensible pour un étranger.
I have made another version where the text is not slown down but when I added a lot of breaks. The delvery is less natural but much more understandable for a foreigner.
然后我做了另一个版本，没把速度放慢可是加了大量的停顿。结果虽然没有以前那么自然，但是相对更容易理解。
